RE:RE:OK rebound today

People are scared of the capital budget, but don't realize that VET can easily shift it to European operations while the lack of transport issues in Canada draw down.

Instead, weak hands desperatly sell, thinking that VET will only get 25$ / barrel from their drilling, like your common Canadian firm.

Also, a very nervous market and weak technicals don't help.
