is the co. Biosyvant? Looked over briefly, would not touch it with a 10 ft pole. Absolutely no synergies between the two co.'s. RX's lead product is a otc iron supplement, plus rx's sales territory is Canadian while mph is strictly US. Also, friessen is very particular about mph's product line--cardiology only!! I would take a pass on your suggestion.
