Its Midstream segment also consists of natural gas and NGL marketing business, domestic logistics, trucking and rail terminals, and liquid storage capability. Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

What is the point of purchases if they have to sell so much to pay for it. The market hates uncertainty and you can't get more uncertain the way this is being handled. What a freaking disaster. I remember a poster a few months ago saying this was a once in a generation opportunity. What a fool.
