RE:predator 2k18David McDonald behaves as every Axe's shareholder, I mean he goes through the same reverse split than us. He is the CEO of Axe since many years. If he was no good, you were not forced to buy his stock. If you did, it was because you trusted the management. We were two shareholders present at the last AGM !
It is easier for him to accept a big severance payment than to take the risk of becoming a Terranueva's shareholder. If he did accept the deal instead of the cash, it was on purpose, I mean with the expectation of a bigger profit.
Finally, I have no argument against the idea that it is better to lose everything because of a principle : which principle ?
