I think people are looking at this hemp energy drink to be a game changer in the space and unfortunately thats just not what its designed for. If it explodes through Kombucha Baby then so be it, however this pathway is just designed as a revenue stream to support ongoing operations.

Looking through the facebook thread is funny because all these interpretations formed but on so little information provided. In the NR it states:

 “We are thrilled in having signed this agreement with Kombucha Baby and its distribution partners providing Tetra Natural Health with access to a significant number of retail outlets in both Canada and the USA,” stated Richard Giguere, CEO of Tetra Natural Health.

The distribution network clearly goes past just Kombucha Baby, so saying that they are a small company and are only in "x" amount of stores is like saying Tetra is a small company too. Having not known anything about Tetra's partners like Aphria, Intelgenx, McGill, and our yet-to-be announced major distributor.

Furthermore, they literally just signed the distribution agreement November 1. The specifics as to where it will be sold etc etc will be in news to follow. Its not "bad communication," because they may not have even fully hashed that out yet. These timelines and channels are complicated and could involve alot of litigation in the future so the details have to be outlined fully prior to announcing rumours. After all, we all saw what happened with the "Aurora Coke deal."

Some people are also saying it should have been sold by October 8th but this is inaccurate as well, they only recieved the product in house on an ETA by this date. This didnt mean they would begin selling the product then. This is from their post on the Tetra facebook page:

Extra DD is always fine but please begin with reading the NRs fully. Otherwise it just looks like amateur hour...Huge upside potential with Tetra, and this is another link in the chain to get us to where we need to go.
