RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ZAR's US financingYou may be right. Personally I would like to see it in Q3 or Q4 in order for WCS to recover  - an earlier conversion is beneficial to debentureholders IMO.

Let's see what happens with the US drilling. I had done the WHAT IF scenario a while back on this and the cashflow impact of drilling was quite positive. Keep in mind, they have no tax pools in the US and once the debentures are gone, they don't have that to expense either so they'll have to keep drilling or pay taxes (might as well drill I guess) which could end up being a blessing in disguise.
