i think both companies are going to do a transaction (not with each other).
i think wildbrain and dhx's content is exceptionally desiable to at least a dozen parties - up sided is unlimited i believe
they have moved to digitail and internet faster and eliminated the dual structure - upside % wise is far greater than cjr
i do like cjr's free cash flow
