RE:RE:best bid has dropped to a half of 1 cent nowwe were sitting at 6c with a bid at approx 4c until the proposed deal came out. I don't see how you can have a different perspective, sorry.
The financing at 50c to drop the price to 3c post conolidation is the first issue. They should have been looking at something to INCREASE the share price, not drop it 50% immediately on a deal going through. In 21 years in the market i've never seen anything like this and I've been in some pretty lousy stock situations at times.
And why the obsession with reverse splits? They have 62 million shares out. Thats not a lot. They dont HAVE to go down to 6 million in your 1 for 10 scenario or a paltry 3.8 million in their a for 16 plan. Absolutely no reason.
I don't know if you have any connections to the Board but you really don't seem to come across as a concerned shareholder here.
