large ncib/insider buys but no gainsthis should be bullish - the fact that SP is barely holding implies otherwise.   to quote a previous post "trust is everything"  and it seems  no trust in this management.  if we ever return to the 11's i will certainly dump all.  but for now downside risk seems low as long as mgmt continues to support SP
