RE:RE:RE:My vote is castManakai.... there are two seperate things we vote on.... the transaction and the consolidation. If we vote yes on the transaction but no on the consolidation then only one of only two things can happen.... either they are forced to renegotiate the consolidation or the entire deal falls through. There is no loop hole on which they can push the deal through with the consolidation if the majority of shareholders votes against the consolidation. It's a better course of action for shareholders than voting the whole thing down in my opinion.
