Where are we at now with Bombardier in the last 45 years...roughly 3.5 billion in bailouts ? I know it's not as simple as that when employment/income taxes/sub contracting/etc is factored in but the point being, as you said, it took less than one week to address yet another issue with this money pit. No quick action, or even words to address this nightmare in O&G other than the pre-recorded and superficial "it will be built" phrase around Trans Mountain...and of course the purchase to feign concern over pipeline constraints.
