RE:RE:Question about stock shorting on Spiritleaf

RE:RE:Question about stock shorting on SpiritleafAlso I'm not sure about a buy back... In theory I can own 1 million shares, and if "I had balls of steel" I could feasibly still short the stock because its tax loss season and I know others will be selling. The stock can go down 10 cents, I can close my short position, and still hold those 1 million shares long. So they don't necessarily have to buy back... When you hear things like "short squeeze" that's because the stock may be heavily shorted, but starts going up, and the only way for these shorts side sellers to make money is to buy shares at market, hoping to make money on the upswing. This way they can "cover" some of their losses in shorting the stock with whatever they make on the upswing. So unless we see some good news, or deep pocket buyers come in, we may not see that run back up... I think this will be bloody until early to mid December when tax loss season slows down.
