RE:RE:Two Directors of ARUKB is flying all over the world to communicate with investors about the company. He knows that he has to try and get the stock up to $3 in order to get some of the warrants exercised. In the meantime his buddies (Kaiser and Harper) are doing their darndest to sell down. The end result? More dilution if the warrants are not exercised because the stock cannot get over $3. My understanding is that a big payment (over $2 million is coming due at the start of the new year - the lease payment) I have two questions:
1. Why did KB give so many options to these two They are obviously not contributing by going out in the field like Richard Spencer and Jean Paul Pellier?
2. Why doesn't KB have a talk with his two friends now that he has given them the options and ask them to cut it out at least until the warrants are exercised.
