An update from Mr. Tyson King - Vice President Miramont

An update from Mr. Tyson King - Vice President Miramont
In regards to Cerro Hermoso I can say that we have had indications that things are in fact advancing in the Ministry of Energy and Mines and the decision making process is looking favourable. We have responded to all of their information requests and are hopeful we can resolve this soon.

We have met with the Vice Minister of Mines and they have heard our complaints. I am also certain that they have heard from many others. They have made some internal changes in the Ministry that we view favorably - hopefully this will speed up the process. I  don't have an exact timeline on approval, but I can say that the timeline is shortening.

At Lukkacha we have published information that the military has approved our application. This is the key step. The ball is now in the Ministry of Energy and Mines court. They must now make their final recommendation to the office of Peru’s President. This is the entity that actually issues the Supreme Decree.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Yours Truly,
Tyson

My thanks to Mr. Tyson for his update,

Mike
