RE:snakea question?  do you believe a further dstribution cut is required (in addition to the 50% just implemented)??  ax ceo has sold this cut -1st in  14 years - as way to protect SH value by using reduced  dist savings for share buybacks.  yes - they appear to be borrowing this month  ahead of the first reduced dist. to implement this abrupt new abrupt.  while am happy they are actually doing something, management now has little credibility with me.   as a long time shareholder am down 5 figures so far and have not sold yet.  i fully expect the SP to drop into the 9"s before xmas but if the buybacks continue and ceo is not completely deceiving shareholders about ax fiscal health i believe the will be a recovery to $11's where i will sell.  if you have seen something indicating further dist cuts are neccesary please share
