RE:RE:RE:snakethanks Don,  am a little relieved you didnt see something new.  but I take your point about stabilizing AFFO and must follow closely any news that shows it continuing to fall.  2 things which come to mind are agressive interest rate hikes and sustained oil production cuts causing increased borrowing expense and further leasing cuts in calgary.
