RE:RE:Todays research updateIf oil prices weren't so shitty today this would have had a good jump. 

Oil has bottomed. Alberta WILL create a plan this week (hint: They better allow more rail, reduce capacity for 60 days and get a pipeline approved) and then Dec 6 will help.

Tomorrow is a huge day. exciting.
