It's a low volume stock so you can move the price with just a 100k shares. Basically they put large fake sell orders to cap the price ceiling and incite weaker holders to sell. Keeps the price within a boundary and allows them to pick up shares cheaply, then they unload with an appreciable price swing. If you see it, do what others have been doing and report it. People won't get prosecuted, but at least they will stop.... unless they are stupid enough to keep doing it
