I am not sure how long the 2 year hold has been in place for flow through shares traded on the tsx but here is a quote from the May 17 2016 press release about the financing we had that year from Primary Capital Inc... "The securities issued by UEX in connection with the Flow-Through Offering and Hard Dollar Offering are subject to a four month plus one day hold period as prescribed by the Toronto Stock Exchange and applicable securities laws."
