RE:RE:RE:if SP is at 0.05 now, why Debenture-holders will accept 0.1?My gut on this Saturday morning is telling me to vote NO. The reason is not to lose our priority until we are absolutely forced to (which we will be at Dec. 31 2019).  This was my experience with TBE - being a debentureholder saved the day - and my experience with PXX - got bent over being a shareholder.
