I believe he mentioned something about a 70% (and i feel like he said higher) engagement rate in Supreme's employees. Let them too have skin in the game and be rewarded for their hard work. One of my best compensations is a stock options plan i have throuhg work..... salary is ok but the benefits (stock option plan) is where the real value is for me. Plus they are working for a much smaller ocmpany so their efforts are more meaningful then mine at my position.
