Who else just witnessed the CIBC buy and dump?

I guess whoever it was got frustrated the SP wasn't dropping so they literally bought driving the price up and then dumped at a loss within minutes. WTF is the point of that? If the SP doesn't continue to drop, then you literally lost money for no reason other than a sad attempt to manipulate a stock.
