I think shylock's 4:22 pm post (below) from yesterday perfectly sums up what I think is going on with alexandria at this moment.  In fact, I believe the market senses that something very positive is coming down the pike very shortly.  This week's action in alexandria I think bolsters this point as azx specifically has perhaps been the most stealthily bullish in a couple of years.  Interested "parties" have mostly already bought in my estimation.  So do you "buy now" as shylock astutely lays out or "wish" you had when it's too late.  Your door of opportunity is about to quickly close.
