They may or may not reprice it, they have more than 1 option. They could always raise a lower amount of $1M+ and go back to the market later to raise more when the SP is higher. I'm sure they're weighing the pros and cons of doing that.
 
Everyone is focused on the raise whereas investors should be focused on the fact that they have demand they can't meet. What a wonderful problem to have. Most raises I see are to keep companies alive. Clearly not the case here. And again insiders are participating for $400k in the raise so that should say plenty about what's going at the company.
 
It's too bad I'm fully invested already otherwise I'd be backing up the truck on this one. Those are buying right now will probably be very happy in 2019.
