RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Takeover Protection Strategies

Good discussion and comments. The original point for my previous post was to ask if anyone on the Board could elaborate on what strategies are or could be put in place to stop or deter a hostile takeover.
Our situation is now such that positive preliminary results from Merk's trial coupled with the FDA granting approval to persue breakthrough status as a monotherapy is going to create a lot of excitement surrownding IMV. My fear is that we would become an immediate target for a takeover while our shareprice could be in the low to mid teens. My question is " Do we have any existing or future strategies avaiable to us to stop any preceived lowball offers other than whatever protection a possible bidding war might offer?Looking forward to imput.
