RE:Thoughts?

RE:Thoughts? What? They're getting 2.25Mil in cash, then 2.25 mill worth of shares will be exchanged based on the 10-day moving av. So rough average of .20. That means ISH will likely be issuing 11.25 million shares initially to Tilray for the financial backing. Then they will exchange shares. So another 11.25 worth of shares (if it happened today at this price) for 22,231 shares of Tilray. I personally don't think the share portion is the best deal for us at the moment, that's why they put it off for 6 months. ISH is way undervalued and Tilray is way overvalued. Therefor its a real bad deal for us on the shares. If you look at our market cap, factor in the $$ of assets we have, along with the cash on hand and inventory. We should be worth a lot more based on such a low capex model. The majority of these cannabis plays we're super overvalued based on future profit projections. In my opinion ISH is worth far more per share than .20. and not trading on future valuations whatsoever. We're stuck trading the way we are because of the small float in public hands. Most of our ownership is institutional. The other large chunk is people holding it long. The small amount of daily volume is the greedy daytraders trying to make a few extra shares. Cant even blame the shorts here. I get that everyone wants to do better for themselves. So the greed sets in. But what they don't get is yesterday there we're a total of like 6 buyers. Level two didn't have any Bids after that. So if I set a stink bid in at 1 cent. And someone happens to sell a market order big enough. This thing falls to 1 cent. You know how fkng hard it will be to ever recover from that? For your few hundred extra shares? Suppressing momentum is not a good idea, especially for this long, there are already longs on here that have grown tired of this and are looking to bounce. And not enough buyers to support them leaving. I think we're all frustrated at this point. But the only ones who can change this are the guys that keep trying to undersell the momentum every morning chasing a few extra shares. Watch. pre market will be at .23 cents, and before open sellers have fought hard enough to bring this down to .21, then it hovers there all day without the surplus of buyers like other stocks. Its getting a little ridiculous to say the least. Only silver lining is we're cashed up to be able to finance for a good while, and complete all the plans we have in the works already, so eventually we'll be worth a good sum. In the meantime, sit back, relax, maybe delete the phone app, and let your money work for you.
