Today's trading.

Today's trading. All I can say it was interesting. The only insider selling over the last 6 month has been David Brown their CPA.WhatI find puzzling is Richard Atkinson. He bought 850K shares from David Brown in a private transaction for $ 0.145,sold most of them in the 30 cent range, averaging about $ 0.38 then he bought them all back around $ 0.35.Moore didn't sell any in this promotion. He exercised 10000 shares at a nickel but didn't sell any.Atkinson is very close to this company since he has a JV.property through FEX with SIR.In my opinion 2 things are going to happen, either Daewoo is going to buy out SIR 35% interest or they are going to spin off into a new company .That.would make sence to me. SIR has other assets which they can then JV.
I would like to be a shareholder of that new company and holding the assets of Kwanika.
