Great Management Team

Great Management TeamIts nice to see a company that cares about its shareholders even though this is a company that is relatively unknown to most retail investors.
APR.UN `s management team has been making all the right moves.

1. Glad to see that they did not issue shares at these prices. They will wait until the stock price reflects closer to its share value
2. It seems to me that they got a great deal on these 11 properties. Looks like they got a volume discount.
3. it will be interesting to see the FFO numbers that come out in 6 months. Im sure they will be good.
4. I am getting paid over 8% to watch this great story unfold.
