Lol my thoughts exactly. More shares outstanding than most junior exploration companies. A half complete facility, which will be a tiny lil fart even once completed. No license to grow let alone sell. An unproven management team. Barely enough cash on hand to buy equipment, so you know a heap of dilution is right around the corner. A credit facility (not government grant) where you’ll be paying prime interest back on is nothing to boast about. It’s called debt. And lastly, Those lovely assets he speaks of are about to be sold off... So you’ll be paying finders fees to the third party doing so, and I wouldn’t exactly say that Canada’s energy sector is going to be fetching anything close to fair market value.
