you don’t see any downside to the coming reverse split? and as you say they’ll have to raise more money, likely very soon.

i and many investors were happy with the expansions into Germany and Switzerland. But adding approximately 75 million shares on the Columbia, U.K. and Aussie deals ( assuming requirements are met) is completely ridiculous.  They don’t even have any revenue yet there spending shares like they’re canopy or Aurora.  Maybe if the U.K. /Aussie deals came with assets I’d feel differently.  Also, I’ve posted this before but has anyone seen pictures of the Columbia assets? Any info at all? There isn’t anything to be found online.

the question is will the wait until after the RS to do another BDF?  What terms will they get in this market?
