Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

We don't care about fair market value. Like literally DGAF. We also don't care about the rest of the company's operations. We care if the regulators will investigate and/or if the exchange decides to de-list (or even halt until end of investigation). With all of it's Canadian assets and supply deals, if Aphria loses its US listing it is worth $1. And we all know he US regulators are ruthless. You're either pretending to not comprehend what's being said over and over or you just choose to be in denial. One last time: we DGAF about fair market value of acquisitions or Canadian operations, this is not why people sell.
