Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Please do not expect a report today

RE:RE:RE:Please do not expect a report todayAgain, completely false facts. Aphria is doing everything correctly and by the book. Regulators will not stop anything as Aphria has done nothing wrong. Plan and simple short attack followed by retail shareholders who are spooked. Aphria has a special committee and the facts will follow with their report. Why would regulators halt a stock everytime someone accussed a company of false and misleading statements?

You are probably right. A lot of the buyers from the last 5 days were in for the short-term bounce (plus those averaging down for the nearest exit). Any rebuttal after so long will probably feel underwhelming. Even if it goes to $10 it will be a tidal sell wave after. Long-long term APH might be going to 20, 30 and so on. In that regard $5 was a good price, $10 is just as good of an entry point, BUT it is dangerous to hold it because of the possibility of regulatory action against the company. I think this is the post concerning part for the majority of people who can read. Not whether assets we're fair market value or whether it is going to $5 or $10 this week or next week. It's what after.
