I will translate for you: "We rounded up some dudes on our payroll, but totally independent. Called them a Committee. If it's a Committee, it's official and impartial, ok? So these dudes will investigate in the interest of Aphria's shareholders the claims by non-shareholders. By the powers vested in them by our payroll they will proclaim once and for all that NO wrongdoing was found." LMFAO
