Law firms literally LIVE off litigation, man! Lol. It's not unusual at all. Happens every time. It must be the first time for you but Google any stock scandal. Even when there isn't a scandal just a big drop, law firms - dozens and dozens of them - come out doing roll calls "who wants to sue". Cause lots of disgruntled shareholders, why not.
