RE:RE:Great news; we now know why there's been upward movement...Unfortunately, this looks like we are heading back down to the 70's.
If you take the original shares to be paid;
>>> 2.5M common shares @ $3.50 per share = $8,750,000.00 transaction value
then you take into account the new transaction of;
>>> 12.5M common shares...
using the same transaction value of $8,750,000.00 from the previous agreement, prices the common shares @ $0.70
>>> $8,750,000.00 / 12.5M shares = $0.70 per share
...and then we also paid an extra $5M ontop of that.
...and then we also pay an addition $3M per year in interest
sounds like we got taken for a ride...
These are just my thoughts.. If anyone has a different view, I'm willing to listen. I just feel the deal is not in our favour. (other than the fact that we actually closed an f'ing deal..)
