You lost all credibility when you started your sentence with "I'm pretty sure". How do you explain their current grow room being licensed and operational in the new facility? The entire phase 1 facility does not need to be completed before they get approved for additional licenses from HC. They have 7 additional grow rooms awaiting HC approval.
