RE:Solid Insider Buying

RE:Solid Insider Buying Its the right move and I believe that it was impressed by their major shareholders recently. We cannot expect much from here to year end. People closing out positions and wanting to enjoy holidays with security. So many people from the CEO in the last conf call to investors in NYC spoke of a near term Kentucky ruling. Perhaps its meant to come just after New Year. Stars did a lot of buying in 2018, another transformative year. 2019 must be a year of proving the purchases and new direction were the right move. So far, its looking good, though the stock price is not reflective of the potential, and I maintain its because the potential has not been properly expressed.
