I posted at CEO CA and I'll state it here again, the track record for Otto making calls on CNL has been fairly questionable.  So personally I would not believe too much into how accurate his information has been.  He predicted few years ago CNL would never get permitted for operations in Colombia and here we are few years later with mine building almost 44% completed.

Make your own decisions wisely; I seriously doubt a single person at CEO CA has bothered to ever visit Buritica for a week or two to experience the on ground reality but yet come across as ' ultimate authority' over the entire mining exploration industry.
