RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Aphria and Rapid Dose Therapeutics S Y N E R G Y According to my limited research, CCT Pharmaceuticals did a reverse merger with Mindesta, a mining exploration company, in 2014. Seems to be a pattern here. It is owned by an MD with 58 patents, most relating to pharma technology. Notably, he holds the patent on a wafer drug delivery technology and Aurora Cannabis just bought a 9% stake. Rapid Dose Therapeutics has no patents, apparently no medical research personnel and a pending lawsuit from CCT.
