RE:RE:WarrantsYep. Warrant holders are out of the money or trading at a premium got scr.ewed in this deal per the news release. The company could have converted them to the new entity had they chosen to respect these rights. Assign NO value to warrants from the merged company since history will repeat with these crooks. Your only hope is a better offer if our of the money. Shame. Shame. Shame. I will sell my merged shares given this treatment or sustain for ethical shareholder rights. I just hate corporate theft and incompetence. Good lesson learned for some.
