No they will not settle for a penny, there is no chance TSG  will settle for any amount. They don't have to, and they are entitled to the 35 million cash bond already I beleive, it isn't held until appeals are exhausted.

There is a possibility the commonwealth will appeal but it really is a formality, this isn't going anywhere and the markets are not going to concern themselves with this issue anymore.
