Is this the bottom?

Is this the bottom?I'm accumulating on the way down on margin...got some right near the bottom and can wait 18 months for a return to $10.

Macro indicators I've considered:
1. The US and Cdn Financial indexes are seeing a %age correction that approaches the largest correction in these sectors in several years...which would indicate that the odds of these sectors  going much lower is getting slimmer.   It may still go down further but not expected to be much more.

2. FTN has dropped as low in 2.40 - Feb '09  and 3.23 -  Nov '11.  At those times there were some major world financial concerns.  More serious than rising interest rates in the US.  The trade war with China is still a concern however.

3. This Bull cycle is getting long in the tooth, but the North American economies are still very healthy.  Interest rates are still relatively low, and unemployment rates are very low.

4. FTN has renewed the issue several times in the past

All these factors increase my confidence we should be close to a low.

Good discussion - appreciate the insights of fellow posters
