One quick question no need to get back right away. Lets say they exercise option 1 and give us the 5.135M. This second part has me thinking as to how this will unfold here. How long do they have before they have to commit to the other 15M bring them to 75%. That will be an indicator for me as to what happens next... Anyway Its Christmas so enjoy the season......
