Anybody know...

Anybody know...If we wil actually build out the additional 700,000 square feet at Langton or not? They have it framed and trenched but somebody mentioned (General Aladeen) that they will build out as needed...so there's a possibility we may not build it out to the full 942,000 square feet?

Can anybody comment definitively please? 

Did they state a minimum square footage they would build out to?

Seems like a waste of money to start it and then not finish it.
