Anybody that tells you they arn't building out phase 3 is lieing to you. There is way more demand for EU-GMP cannabis then there is demand. Only 5 Lps can even produce EU-GMP. and they can only produce it in the facilities that are EU-GMP which is a small amount of their total footprint.
