RE:Welcome to 2019 - Just picked up 14K shares of KATFF at 0.36  Love the optimism.  This is one of those stocks that has 10 bagger potential,  although it could also be worthless in short-time if tensions do flare as they have in the past.

  You are 100% correct that the NE are the areas that have been excluded from election on the 30th but if history is any guide being fractious and inefectual does not mean toothless when the governing body in power is in similar standing.  Katanga province it's self has attempted speration from the DRC before and Kabila's popularity there varies quite wildly although by design he has strongholds there.

  While storm clouds don't give certainty to rain they certainly don't mean a deluge is not on the way either.  Just curious if anyone here is hedging their bets on other EV stocks outside the DRC or if most people here are all-in on what seems like a roulette spin to me.  Good luck either way,  it takes balls to see this one play out.
