Impossible to tell but right now sentiment is terrible and firmly risk off.  Copper is closing in on an 18m low and cobalt prices are tanking. 

Positive catalysts in the order of likelihood would be:

Trade war resolution
Fed Pause
China Stimulus
Infrastructure package
