RE:WHAT IS BEST FOR SHAREHOLDERS ???when I look at the books now, we are 2000 bopd company with 30 mil in debt 
float is small with asset’s proven in the USA now, 25000 acres would be worth way more then  our debt. 

1200 bopd in Cdn is worth more then our market cap today? 
I would say we develop the USA assets with cash flow while reducing our debt slowly from here 

Wayne and his group have ONLY 1 milion shares, they are not in the Game and could be replaced fast! 
I can see another run at the CEO job soon ! 

Start the ncib and buy some stock !
