On   199980    shares    I   received     not  .40     ie     79992.00     but  only    79855.45     or   .39931718    per  share     a   shortfall    of    136.55      that      was  taken    by    either  HudBay  ,  the  transfer  agent  ,   CDS    and /   or     the  broker  .
