They have made it known that thier desire it to find a partner.  They only have 3.5 million shares outstanding so they are certainly not quick to issue shares to raise money.  I think they will be focusing on findng a new partner over the next month and if they are not able to find somethign that gives sharholders the value they believe the company is worth then they will have to raise money.  I loved the structure of the most recent convertable debts.  I think anything they do to raise money will be similar and a short term fix because they are not going to want to issue shares at $4 because they would dilute value too much, I think they would sooner do somethign to get through the next 6 months and wait for some more positive progress on one or more of the drug trails and hope for a SP boast before issueing any more shares.
